When it comes to customization of software, APP, appearance, functionality or electronic components, the R&D team will evaluate the possible costs, which are non-recurring engineering (NRE) expenses.
After paying the NRE fee to Huasheng, the Huasheng R&D team starts the new project introduction (NPI) process.
After business negotiation, when the customer’s acumulative order quantity reaches a specific standard within a specific period agreed by both parties, the NRE fee can be refunded to the customer.
Warranty Period
For DC charging stations, AC EV chargers, lithium battery chargers, normal warranty period is 24 months counting from the shipment day while it is 12 months ONLY for plugs and plug cables.
Warranty period may vary case by case, subject to PO, invoice, business agreements, contracts, local laws or regulations.
